All Juniors will take the ACT on Tuesday, April 4th, the state science test on Wednesday, April 5th, and the state history/civics test on Tuesday, April 11th. All exams will be in the morning and are graduation requirements. Please make sure Chromebooks are charged and at school for each assessment. Eat and sleep well leading up to the tests as well. On Tuesday, our Land Judging Teams competed at Redlands Community College in El Reno. Bryce Rexford 6th place over all. Clayton Williams 15th place over all. Payten Linn 24 over all. Braden Bledsoe 29th overall. Hayley Tarr 67th overall. Tate culp 94 overall. There were over 130 competitors and  43 teams. Frontier land judging team 1 placed 4th overall. Frontier land judging team 2 placed 25th overall. Congratulations to each of the FFA members!

The Frontier boys and girls golf teams hosted the Frontier Invitational Tournaments on Monday and Tuesday at the Pawnee golf course. The boys finished 5th place in a field of 10 schools Monday while the girls finished in 2nd place in their field of 11 schools on Tuesday. Special thanks for supporting our tournament: 7C Land and Cattle for a great lunch. Cowboy Bob’s Golf and Stillwater Roadhouse for the long drive and closest to the pin prizes! The National Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Dance will be this Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the Otoe-Missouria Cultural Building. The guest speaker is Christian Wassana, who has appeared on Yellowstone and is a motivational speaker known around Indian Country with our youth. Oklahoma ProStart competition helps students on path to restaurant industry careers: The Oklahoma Restaurant Association hosted Oklahoma ProStart Student Invitational on Friday, giving teenagers who dream of working in the restaurant industry a chance to prepare delicious food and lay out a restaurant management plan on a grand stage. Pioneer CareerTech's team: Makenna Eaton, junior, Nikita Longoria, junior, Donna Gray, senior, and Abbigail Corbin (of FRONTIER), senior – won Oklahoma ProStart’s culinary competition by preparing an exquisite three-course meal that consisted of a starter: fried polenta with sautéed shrimp, red bell pepper and coulis with a cilantro chimichurri sauce; an entrée: creamy spinach mushroom couscous with fried pork, sautéed carrots and pineapple garlic sauce; and dessert: poached pear with mint mascarpone cream with a lace cookie and blood red jelly.
