On Tuesday, our high school Otoe Language class visited the Native American Youth Language Fair in Norman. We worked in class on projects with Mr. Jade Roubedeaux's help. Our students submitted three posters, a comic strip, and a video, all done in Otoe language. Laney and Kye received second place for their comic strip. Terrence and Will received second place for the basketball video. These students are so talented, congratulate them if you see them!
This is a link to the video that Terrence and Will did.

Mr. Bell’s Residential Construction class has been working on the Tiny House project at the Otoe Baptist Church in Red Rock. The school opened talks about helping with this project with Pastor Jimmy and Penny following a death in our school family. The purpose of the home is to “provide housing and Christian guidance as we come alongside citizens in need of temporary shelter in order to realign their livelihood and establish stronger community connections.”
