The Frontier Cross Country team went to the OBU meet this weekend. In the middle school, Drake Butler earned 4th place in the 3200 meter or 2 mile race. Christian Plumley received 18th and Haidyn Plumley received 108th, they also ran in the 2 mile race. In the high school, Avery Butler ran the 5k and received 73rd. Diego Hernandez also ran in the 5k and received 93rd. This race had 159 competitors.

At Frontier Public Schools, our maintenance staff makes every effort to keep our school safe and clean for our students and staff. Each day after school, they use a special disinfecting machine to sanitize surfaces and classrooms. We appreciate their hard work.

3rd grade had a guest today for Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom Read an Accurate Ag Book Week. Her name is Katie Wilkinson She read “Before We Eat from Farm to Table” by Pat Brisson. The book was donated to the school so we can enjoy it over and over.

Ag In the Classroom has been studying baseball and Ag. We had a Sunflower Seed Spitting contest to see who can spit them the farthest. We conducted the activity, measured, and graphed the results. Trigg Culp was our winner!
