Dear Frontier Families: A post that a rally may be hosted on or near our campus on Monday, November 10. School officials are not involved and have not been contacted by organizers.   We have been working closely with several law enforcement agencies to ensure the day goes safely for all involved. Out of caution and expected absences, we will have a distinct-wide virtual day on Monday, November 10th. Assignments for middle school and high school students will be posted on google classroom.  Elementary students will bring home their assignments in their backpacks on Friday. As a school district we are committed to providing a safe environment where all students and their families feel welcome, valued and respected.  We greatly appreciate our strong and positive relationships with all our community and will continue to collaborate to support the wellbeing of students and families.  If you have any questions about this matter, you are welcome to contact Erron Kauk, Superintendent at 580-723-4360

Middle School Glow Dance (5th-8th) will be Saturday, November 8, 2025. Permission slips must be signed and returned by Thursday, November 6th. More information below. They will be taking donations to put in Christmas Shoebox, ideas are on flyers.

🏮🏮🏮ATTENTION: This Thursday Middle Schools games at Lamont, the 5-6 girls game is cancelled( DCLA does not have enough) 5-6 boys will start at 4:30 followed by 7-8 girls/boys

Last week, our incredible students celebrated "Dia de los Muertos" (Day of the Death) with so much heart! They crafted colorful skeletons, dressed them up, and tasted "Pan de Muerto" for the first time—diving into Mexican culture with every sweet bite, stories, laughter, and traditions came alive.

Each day will feature its own theme day, and we encourage all students to join in and participate. Let’s come together to honor, learn, and celebrate Indigenous culture and heritage!
